Deep social value is achieved by hardwiring the local economic paybacks of delivering quality housing by ensuring that local jobs go to the communities in which the homes are located. 

This includes identifying a wide range of roles and creating needs-led learning that will attract NEETs, ex-offenders or prisoners on licence, carers and returners, those with disabilities or the long term unemployed. 

Local micro and SME trades can also be employed to further recycle investment into local communities to magnify the bang per buck at every level of investment. 

By partnering with social landlords we can create quality jobs for residents as a priority. We can work with community groups and FE colleges and other training providers to ensure all options are covered.
